The apartment is located in a renovated building of a former champagne factory. The existing historical brick walls in the interior remain unchanged. All public areas of the apartment are located on the first level, and the bedrooms on the second level. For this purpose, the project provides the organization of an additional mezzanine floor with a double light. The walls and floor are finished with microcement, other materials uses are wood, black metal and red travertine.
