The elevation and decoration of Palazzo Koshelev, taking into account the nature and specifics of the activities of a single architect, decorator and owner, is the most effective way at the moment to form a holistic view of it. This palace is created with a full understanding of the phantom nature of the building — it cannot gain stability and durability while its ambitious owner is alive, but at the same time, only in working on its massive building there is a chance to understand something important about yourself before holding a retrospective the exhibition halls and corridors will not be what, in the final analysis, should be turned into a ruin.
